This is the worst app
The meter wasn’t working and I hate using publicly open QR codes so I downloaded the app. OMG - I’m no dummy but how the hell do you pay for parking? I had another go at home and it still doesn’t work, the map keeps shutting down, and it’s just a bit of a mess, clunky and unworkable. Who designed this???? It’s terrible and I’d be embarrassed to put my name to it. Y not that expensive to get an app that works. DO BETTER!

Not working
Nothing loads through, I can’t put in my car details without being stuck on the loading circle, I can’t out my bank details in without getting stuck on the app. No matter how long I wait I’m just stuck there. How is this convenient?
Not easy to find - cc details for free parking
App should be able to work out where you’re parking - not list every car park in the city centre precinct. Should not have to enter credit card details when larking is free - the app does not give any confidence in security of info! Declined to enter my details so if course errored out. Poor app and payment should not be requested if free time permitted for length of stay selected.
