I have cards entered into the app and it won’t use them. It no longer takes PayPal and now wants me to create a wallet.. what’s up with that???

They sell your information
I’ve been have a load of scam calls and junk emails to get notification from my credit report stating my information was compromised through parkmobile!!! Nice and clear than I read the privacy policy and it makes sense!!! So disappointed I been working on keeping my information off the dark web and now my email, debit card and information is all on the dark web because this app and the fact that they share your information.

Simplifies parking
I’ve been using this app for a few years now and it’s great. The map showing your zone is nice, as well as the option of using Apple Pay.

The app takes too long to download. But the app is good when you don’t have cash for a parking meter.

DONT WORK AND DONT GET FIX
IVE BEEN USING OR TRYING TO USE THIS APP FOR AROUND 2 years now and I still get issues when it comes to park bc the app it self get lost on the zones. Sometimes get the zones right away and make you think it work perfectly and then you see the toilet on you’re window and big problem is that you can’t really do nothing but go to court to fight that ticket wish it a waste of time for people who grave a life and work. AND OTHER TIMES IT JUST WONT WORK AND YOULL HAVE TO GO MANUALLY STOP YOUR WORK AND PUT MONEY. So IS NOT REALLY A APP TO TRUST.

Only works on WiFi??
Opening the app and setting up account worked fine at home on WiFi. However, in the city when actually trying to use the app to pay for parking, you get an error message that it can’t connect to the network, even with full LTE signal. The app only works on WiFi, which makes it totally useless.

Working in Lancaster
Parking app is convenient that you don’t have to run out to the meter every two hours or worry about change.

Good Idea, Poor Execution
App works well overall but there are major flaws. For such a high surcharge per transaction there should be better benefits to using the app. Why can’t the maximum parking time be increased for the app users.
And please fix the email updates. Although the email receipts are useful to save the parking notification emails are a joke. I do not even receive the parking expiration warning emails until after it has expired. If I’m going to pay extra I expect more.

Simply Does Not Work
First launch. App can not find the zone when I’m standing next to the meter. Not even after I type in zone number. Yes, I had great cellular and WiFi connectivity.
Kill the app and relaunch app. App finds my zone. Hit Park. And the app clocks. Forever. Nice idea. Horrible execution. At least provide used with “Oops. We have a problem” message to acknowledge you know there a bad UX going on.

I can't sign in!
I have tried multiple times to create an account. Each time I get an error code that tells me my email isn't valid - there's a space in the email address provided, but there isn't. I wanted to use this when one of the kiosks where I can pay kept rejecting my credit card. I hope this is helpful and you can fix it.
