The App simply doesn’t work right now.
Every other update breaks the app. Parking locations won’t load on the app or when you search them. You can’t use the app to pay for parking at this update. When it works, it’s great. It doesn’t work at the moment.

They target cars with higher ticket fees
I have worked downtown since August 2023 and pay to park 4-5 times a week. There are times when I have no choice but to pay $20 event parking just to go to work. I’ve received numerous tickets that were inaccurately given for not paying when I did pay. Of course I appeal these and usually win but it’s still a waste of my time. I have walked out to my car with 2-3 minutes remaining on my time, only to find them next to my car waiting to write a ticket. This is a joke and needs to stop. There is no doubt their practices deter people from wanting to work or even go out in the downtown area.

No room for mistakes
The app took my default license number and after I paid and realized I had a different car, there was no way to cancel it correct the information on the app.

I really love this app. It makes parking when there is a parking fee so easy.

Super useful and convenient, if you can get it to log into your account. The work-around is to uninstall and then reinstall the app. Log in will work after fresh install, which is weird. It’s inconvenient to have to do this every time I use the app.
Flat out HORRENDOUS. Worst app I have EVER used
No point in changing your vehicles, it’s sticking with whatever you put in there first. I’ve gotten 5 tickets for a car that I no longer have listed in my vehicles. This app is a joke. I would rather put meters in a quarter. UPDATE: now it has quit saving your payments details, so EVERY single morning I have to Re enter my payment details. I am about to start paying the $300 a month to park in the other lot because I end up getting hundreds worth of tickets with this anyway while also wasting several hours a month screwing with the app

Confusing
It is difficult to tell when there is a need to pay or not. An error could result in a hefty ticket. It should be clearer. If a time when it’s free to park, when you try to add more time beyond the first free 30 minutes, it should say FREE.

It’s so easy to use this app, I just wish it let you pay in 15 minute increments like it indicates on the app! But it’s cheap, so I won’t complain too much! 100% so happy I got the app!

Be careful when choosing the amount of time you want to park. As of this moment, I am not able to re-enter card info to extend parking time.

Payment has to be setup at the time of new ticket for parking APP will not allow payment method beforehand. Got a $20 ticket immediately after parking—at the time could not figure out the App.
