Can’t even login
No matter how many times I select agree in the app, it tells me no connection and unable to log in or do anything!! Ridiculous
Cannot register transponder
I bought a sunpass mini. It has a 13 digit code, but the app and website only allows 12. Calling doesn’t help. Terrible customer experience.
It used to work…
The latest update has locked me out of my account. When I go to pull up the app, it brings to an agreement page. Ok fine, “I agree.” Then it says connection error, and try again. Only it never lets me “try again.” And this is both connected to a WiFi and not.
Unusable app
Beside FL already making money on tolls. They have blessed us with an app that is difficult to use, call service that doesn’t work, and will lock you out of an account that you don’t have. If I was able to do so, I would give it a half star.
This app sucks
It locked me out halfway through making an account so now I can’t make a new account because my plate is already in the system and I can’t login because I don’t know my username and it didn’t process my transponder
