Can’t even login
No matter how many times I select agree in the app, it tells me no connection and unable to log in or do anything!! Ridiculous
Cannot register transponder
I bought a sunpass mini. It has a 13 digit code, but the app and website only allows 12. Calling doesn’t help. Terrible customer experience.
It used to work…
The latest update has locked me out of my account. When I go to pull up the app, it brings to an agreement page. Ok fine, “I agree.” Then it says connection error, and try again. Only it never lets me “try again.” And this is both connected to a WiFi and not.
Unusable app
Beside FL already making money on tolls. They have blessed us with an app that is difficult to use, call service that doesn’t work, and will lock you out of an account that you don’t have. If I was able to do so, I would give it a half star.
This app sucks
It locked me out halfway through making an account so now I can’t make a new account because my plate is already in the system and I can’t login because I don’t know my username and it didn’t process my transponder

I’m using the App for like 15 years and this day 7/4/2026 I can’t login anymore. Uninstalled, reinstalled and same issue. By chance I discovered that selecting Spanish language instead of my English is allowing me to login LOL but it’s impossible to change the language from the App. This thing needs to be fixed

Hot garbage
This is easily the worst app I’ve ever used. It works 20% of the time and that’s being generous. I have constant issues logging in, adding funds, opening the app. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing has changed. Guys, please do better.
Stuck

Every single time I try to login to app I have to reset everything. I have to
Find username, wait for email, verify, reset password, verify,… EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. It is a 25 min process. I hate this app. I loathe having to use it. Whoever made this terrible app, I hope you stub all your toes.

Can’t login past agreement
I can’t login to the app past the agreement page. I select accept , then it tells me the connection was lost. I have full signal and am connected to Wi-Fi so that should not be an issue.
Terrible
The app will not connect for three days, this makes it impossible to add funds! Then just try to store more than one payment option… it can’t! Also if you do run out of funds, they charge you as if they paid the tolls, nope you will have to pay the app AND the state!!! Welcome to double billed tolls. If the transponder appears fail, they tell you to go run a toll or two and see if it’s the transponder, no way to check them! Complete garbage!

It’s the worse outdated app I ever used. Please invest some money into development and create a new one. We live in 2026 not in 2006
Florida is the opposite of Silicon Valley
Normally I’d say my above title is a great thing, however, this is the worst app I’ve ever had the displeasure of experiencing. I selected that I wanted to prepay tolls $25 and they charged me a prepay amount of $10 to start then an additional $25 after to add to the account. It NEVER remembers my username, password or Face ID regardless of how many times I select the option or sign up for Face ID. Half of the app options don’t even keep you on the app, they take you to a normal webpage that no longer exists. This app is a joke, right, FDOT?

Buy from a different state
This app is a pain! I have to re log in every single time. Which means typing in the transponder number each time. I’ve gotten invoices in the mail for the vehicle on this transponder. It’s never an easy task. Do not buy
