“Connection failed”
I’ve been trying to use the app and it’s stuck on the online agreement and every time I hit I agree it says connection failed. Everything else works fine and no internet issues. This has been stuck like this for days. I’ve even tried updating the app but there is no update available.
This app is garbage.
I use this app to manage my sun pass but it is garbage. Who ever designed this should be fired. Half the time I can’t log into it. I have to uninstall and reinstall it.

Crashes when you open
This app crashes upon clicking on the “Agree” button on the screen that automatically shows when you launch the app.
The app doesn’t work.
I can never do anything in the app due to “poor connection”. However, all other apps on my phone work just fine.
Cannot be worse
I won’t even gonna waste time, this is short. This app is garbage!!!
Blank screen for half the day.
I tried to download this app for three hours as I did other Bill payments. So far the app still has not opened. I can see why people give it a bad rating.
Worst app ever
They keep sending me an invoice I’ve already paid! I’ve tried so many times to create a dispute and it will either just load or after you’ve filled everything out it will say we’re sorry your dispute can’t be completed. Try again later.
Trash-Pass
Been waiting for anything to load for 20 min. Finally, the agreement loaded and I clicked agree, and nope! It never loaded anything. I had to use the online site. One star because I couldn’t give 0!
Slow and not efficient for mobile
There are CONSTANT errors when trying to add any sort of info. Can’t copy and paste info which is just a pain. Error adding transponders/making new accounts. No I’m not some old head either. I know my way around tech and UI. Devs PLEASE fix this app.
Poor app
Open the app my screen goes blank . Can’t access to the app . Maybe a glitch. I’ll try later to see lid I can give a better review

The worst app and website
The Sunpass website and app are, without a doubt, among the worst platforms I have ever used to manage payments. It’s nearly impossible to complete a transaction without running into some kind of issue. The app constantly crashes, throws error messages that often make no sense, the website is frequently unavailable, and the login process is inconsistent and confusing.
Instead of making payments easy, the platform turns the entire process into a frustrating and time-consuming experience. It genuinely feels as though the system is designed to make paying your bill as difficult as possible, leading users to believe that delayed payments and additional fees are almost inevitable.

Fix your app
Dear FLDoT. Please fix your app, this feels and looks like it was designed by a 10 year old. From slow UI to payments not processing… this app is a nightmare for someone that pays tolls that they don’t even wanna pay for. I’ll give you two stars because at least it works (most of the time)

Sunpass is the bane of my existence
This app and website are both the worst pieces of technology available. They never work without having to type everything in 947 times but if you let anything go too long without being paid (because you physically can’t pay them, due to the failures of their system) they will slap another charge on your account. I could throw my phone across the room right now, I’m so frustrated.

I hate your stupid app. It is the most inconvenient app I have ever used. Fire the teenager you have managing it and hire a professional.
