Worst app ever
Honestly the worst app ever. The FDOT or who ever runs this app should be ashamed. Doesn’t process payments correctly or at all. Can’t login at times. Doesn’t paste your login info. Just horrendous.
App Not Functioning
This app has not been working for the past month. It is stuck on home page even after deleting and reinstalling 50 times. Sunpass also keeps showing low balance no matter how much money I add on automated service. Over it.

Outdated. Slow nothing works.
Worthless
I have contacted customer support now 3 times to let them know I’m getting a warning that the server is not secure for both the app and the website while using 2 different browsers. Safari and DDG will not let me access the app or website. Google has a warning too but asks if I want to proceed anyway to the webpage. Pretty much the response I’m getting is “oh well”. Just sent a 3rd email. Clearly the tolls aren’t being used for tech support. You can do better than this Florida!

Stuck on user agreement page
I can’t login because every time I open the app it shows the Agreement page and wants me to accept. When I accept it pops up an error saying It Can Not Accept, Try Again. Trying again and again and again doesn’t help. So I can’t access my account using the app any mounted.

Never works
The SunPass app is an absolute disaster. It’s frustrating, unreliable, slow, and ridiculously difficult to use for something that should be so simple. Pages take forever to load, basic functions don’t work properly, and the whole app feels outdated and poorly designed. Trying to manage your account or payments through this app is an exercise in frustration. You tap something and either nothing happens, you get an error, or you’re stuck wondering whether it actually went through. An app dealing with people’s money and toll accounts should be dependable—not a buggy mess that makes you nervous every time you use it. The user experience is terrible, the performance is embarrassing, and it desperately needs a complete overhaul. Stop patching this mess and rebuild it properly. SunPass customers deserve WAY better than this.

Doesn't even work
You can't even log onto the app, it complains that there is no WiFi or cellular data even though I am connected to the internet. Who designed this awful trash?

When prompted to agree to the online user agreement, get an error that connection failed try again. Can’t get to my account.

App doesn’t work and won’t connect to internet
App will not let me login. Error message states there’s a problem connecting to Wi-Fi and check phone settings. I don’t have any issues with any other app. Phone settings are correct. Deleted app and reinstalled. Still no luck.
Garbage App
The app rarely works. It does not allow me to login and sometimes will not open it just spins. The app has not worked in 3 weeks.

Horrible User-ability
Probably one of the more unpleasant and non user friendly apps I’ve ever used. Lags. Freezes. Has you type info in like 3 times. Won’t save debit card info. Horrible app.
