Unable to set up an account kept getting “oops error occurred try again later”.
Never Works
You pay a large sum of money for a high-end vehicle, expecting quality and service. The App is abysmal. Truly a piece of junk.

App not working
I am new to Mercedes and have been trying to register a new account for a few days. I continue to receive an error message.
Needs an Update
Impossible to reset password. Continual “Try again later.” Chat only sends you to sales or service departments, no better than a phone call.

I was worried that the app would not work with my I-Phone X based on the previous reviews. There must have been an update because mine is working fine.

One of the worst apps I have ever used. Doesn’t work on newer devices, especially an iPad. Don’t waste your time. Just look for a new dealership.

This app works nice to see the wait time on the car wash and a obtain info on your car quickly.
Instant Crash
Downloaded the latest update hoping it would have fixed the problems working with my
iPhone X....nope. Only worse. This time it instantly crashes and the screen goes black immediately upon start up. This is about as helpful as taking in my Jag to the new & improved Grapevine location for service only to leave the car for 2+weeks and every service request summed up to “tech can not duplicate”. Park Place, you’ve lost your edge on the competition. 😞

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME
This app is horrible. It offers literally no benefits to the user, and worst of all, after you’ve wasted your time loading your vehicle information, insurance card and such, it will reset your preferences and ultimately delete everything you took the time to save. Even my vehicle service histories, which I enjoyed having on the app, have been deleted for some reason. I was willing to overlook the fact that it repeatedly misidentified my vehicle by the VIN, but I am not going to spend more time reloading all of my data again for the fourth time in two years. Save yourself the headache and frustration. Clearly Park Place, which is an outstanding dealership to purchase and receive vehicle service from, is not serious about this app.

I have attempted to use this app for over a year...unsuccessfully. Called the dealership and was told they have never had anyone complain about the app. Apparently they don’t read the reviews!!!

I have an iPhone 6S and the app doesn’t work. I have tried registering, looking up my account, everything results in an error. After several tries at different times, I give up!

This app is a lot like their service department. Unorganized and riddled with error messages that do not make any sense.

With a new iPhone XR in hand I’m experiencing an app that won’t launch - it tries but crashes. I can no longer make appointments or check service wait times for the car wash etc.
This is not a great reflection on the Lexus brand. With similar examples and experiences being posted, I’m hopeful that Lexus pays attention as public reaction does reflect on the brand especially as more iPhone X users face this experience.

Can’t register - useless app
Got an email to say I can now use the app, but trying to register just gives me an error. So basically the app is useless. Disappointing for a premium brand

Possibly the worst app I have ever used. Constant crashes, can’t even log-in with error messages and I just downloaded it. This may be off my phone in record time.
Pretty much useless
The app doesn’t seem to give any useful information. Even using the most current iOS, the app freezes when you try to select a dealership. And forget about any info for car wash wait times - all the app presents is “- - -“.
If there were a zero star rating, this would qualify. Disappointing for a dealership that emphasizes luxury and customer service.
