Unsafe
Not only are we apparently in a flood zone; we are surrounded by people who refuse to mask (Philadelphia mandate and PTP requirement). People who don’t pick up after their dogs. People who leave litter in common areas. People who scoff at you when you ask them to put on a mask. The management does NOTHING. I feel at risk for Covid, and don’t feel as safe as I would like to in the buildings. Seriously cannot wait to leave at the end of our first (last!) year here.

Terrible customer support for the App
The App has many many errors. I can’t change my profile pic, I can’t change my name (i prefer not to be called by my full first name) and customer support only replies to 1 out of 5 requests and in a lazy manner. I hope Park Towne Place finds some other tech team to offer these services to its residents.

App doesn’t work
When you tap the “update” button, it takes you to the App Store. That’s it. It doesn’t update and you can’t open the app at all.
I’ve tried the “fixes” suggested by Park Towne Management and it’s still not working.

App Update Flawed
Unfortunately this latest update renders app useless. As others noted, goes into a loop. Sad because there was so much good info on here that I needed to reference over the holidays. Bummer!
Should be ashamed to call yourselves software engineers
First of all, the app is pretty bad. It cannot maintain any state and half the pages don't load. A few releases back, they completely broke their notifications. More recently, with the 2.3.1 update, they completely broke the app where once you open it, it immediately says you need to update, rendering it completely useless. Then just now they sent an email with instructions to refresh the app store cache and update the app. The email ended with this gem:
"This issue is happening because of an error with the app store not reading your phone correctly to detect the version of the app you have because of too little memory on your phone."
1. The App Store has always only refreshed the app store cache periodically, and while you have directions in your email to refresh it, it is not because the phone has too little memory.
2. I installed the app on a brand new phone and after login, it still goes to the update screen, from where you're stuck.
3. If this issue affected the iOS app only, why do you have Android directions in the email? Unless you're purporting that both iOS and Andoid have issues with getting the updated version of the app and it has nothing to do with the app itself.
While an inconvenience, I didn't mind that the app was broken, assuming you'd fix it. I do mind that you can't own your mistakes and blame the work of others on why your app is broken.
