The old app was better
This app is clunky: more taps/clicks to get to the features I use regularly, the UI is bulky and feels like it wastes screen space.
Some new features are nice, but on the average I don’t like the new software.

Bill pay lag
When a check from bill pay or payment from bill pay is sent out; it does not clear the checking account for a few days. It does not show up in pending transactions and it does not show on bill pay that it is paid. This needs to be rectified by showing it as a pending transactions so people can see what they actually put into bill pay.

Easy to use but
This app is easy to use but I really miss the old budgeting features.

I’ve been banking here for a long time now never had any issues this credit union actually cares about there Members and Supports Local Businesses and Community I love how there hardly ever any fee’s on my account only thing I think everybody would like to see in the next update is being able to lock your debit card in the app if lost or stolen that would be one plus but besides that everything else is perfect 🤩

I love on line banking with the PVFCU app.
It works so well. Now with an iPhone 12 it’s even easier with Face ID.

Super easy and convenient to use. I love the Face ID login and the easy access to account balances!
Hate the ads.
Overall the app is good and makes banking easier. I dislike the offers from various merchants. The money from offers is supposed to be deposited directly to the checking account. This means there is a high possibility that the account information has been shared with the merchants. I do not feel safe having my data out there. There should also be an option to opt in or out of these offers. Please address this.

Easy to use
Fingerprint access makes the app easy to use and quick to access. I like the quick balance feature for fast access to checking balance!
Not supported on Apple Watch.
Can't check balance on Apple Watch. Got really excited on the new updated app but it is not supported on Apple Watch. In only shows near by banks.
