System update prevents login
I have had a displeasure of this application for several months. The UI of this application is horrendous when you’re trying to select the hours and time that you need for your parking. Now because of their latest update, I am unable to login because it states that I need to have the latest application update to be able to login so as any user would do, they would go onto the App Store to get the latest update. Low behold, my unsurprising shock that there is no update for this application. So now I cannot even use the app. What kind of joke is this? You have to speak to your product design team and get your stuff together and actually analyze the interface of what your users are using to make this in a better experience. That’s probably why your company has a 1.5 review which is pathetic.

Designed to Penalize, Not to Help Users
This app only allows you to access a parking location by scanning the on-site QR code. There is no way to manually search for or re-access the location remotely.
That means if your parking session is about to expire and you’re not physically at the lot to scan the code again, you cannot extend your time even if you’re willing to pay.
This design feels intentional and predatory. It creates unnecessary situations where users are unable to extend parking and are then hit with a $55 ticket.
A basic search function would completely solve this issue. Until that’s implemented, this feels less like a convenience app and more like a trap.
