Designed to Penalize, Not to Help Users
This app only allows you to access a parking location by scanning the on-site QR code. There is no way to manually search for or re-access the location remotely.
That means if your parking session is about to expire and you’re not physically at the lot to scan the code again, you cannot extend your time even if you’re willing to pay.
This design feels intentional and predatory. It creates unnecessary situations where users are unable to extend parking and are then hit with a $55 ticket.
A basic search function would completely solve this issue. Until that’s implemented, this feels less like a convenience app and more like a trap.
