Very bad design

Poor instructions and it is not easy to select 12 hours. How would you know to put 12 hours if you are not going to need 12 hours? Registered riders shouldn’t be penalized by paying for parking. Also no instructions that tell you to ensure you have money on the EasyCard so you don’t pay for parking. If a pilot was done prior to roll out these issues may have been resolved.

Time Selection

Trying to hit 12 hours for the subsidized parking is impossible in this app. Hitting the misplaced up arrow that is miniature 12 times! is an exercise in frustration. Why would you have a tap rather than a scrolling wheel or manual input? Just bad design.
