This is a bad app . There is no guest pass option . It was there but disappeared . Manual entry button does not work either .

Okay when it’s working
The app is okay when it is working, but that’s only about half the time. The door open button is very often unresponsive. The app is also very slow to even load the button. If they could make it more reliable and add a widget, the app would be great.

Does what it’s supposed to do! I can easily get into the garage and it’s useful that when I get to my garage, I can see where there are open spots.
Nobody resolves issue
Worst app. I can’t open my garage door to enter or exit. I been keep calling them everyday regarding my issue. Nobody is doing anything to resolve the issue. People on phone have zero knowledge regarding the app. They can’t even answer your simple question.

Literally just does not open the door… isn’t that what this app is designed for …?
Not working properly
I have to sign out then sign in on daily base to make sure that I can open the garage door. Nothing else is unsatisfied.
