App is horrendous

The app does not work at all. I entered in username and password and it just stays on a blank blue screen. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app, same issue. Reading other reviews I’m not the only one experiencing this. I hope developers can fix this asap.

Terribly Designed

You can't switch apps without the app reloading and losing all the information that you previously entered. Very annoying during the sign up process! Also, the app doesn't remember that you previously logged in and forces you to log back in every single time. I'm guessing that the developers they hired vibe coded the entire app.

Unable to login SOLUTION

This app does not work UNLESS if you link your policy number to your login. I did this via desktop on their mypace website and it worked IMMEDIATELY.

Login

Every time I login it goes in popped right back out again I followed up with CAA. They told me there’s nothing wrong with The app for me to delete it and then download it again I’ve done it 3-4 times it’s still not working

Won’t let me create an account

I’ve tried several times across multiple days and it continues to give me an error when trying to create an account. I’m about to leave this insurance plan because this is ridiculous.
