Seriously, I can’t access my account because I’m not the “main” person. Ridiculous.
Parke mobile app
The mobile app was average at best for the past 30 days. It does not update and no one seems to know what’s going on in order to get your app to update you need to go to the website sign in on online banking that will update and then your mobile app will update, just a terrible terrible app
Extremely disappointed
There are things that can not be done with Parke Banks app. This is frustrating and more to the point not able to do what I need to do.
On line banking
Best online system I’ve used. Easy and reliable
Takes too long for transactions to show
It’s at least 48 hours behind when transactions occur. Drives me nuts.
Awesome App!
This online banking app is excellent and easy to read. App is fast and much more convenient than computer version. Everything you need to do right from your device. Setup is easy once you get through the tight security settings. It's very easy to access your accounts with a pin or Touch ID, or you can log out to clear the data each time.
