Horrible app that gives errors

This app is very unreliable. For the last couple months I haven’t even been able to log into it. It provides me with an error that does not allow me to access my account. To make matters worse, it tells me to contact the branch and when I do, they tell me there isn’t a problem on their end. I’ve changed my password, same problem. Then for some reason if I got on Online Banking through a web browser, I am able to access my account. So it must be the app. I’ve advised the branch that the app sucks and they have no control of it. Maybe this review will get to someone. Fix the app, it sucks.
