Pleased because there was receipt paper available at the pump. Glad that my account worked at Parker’s today too.
First time using my Parkers app. I wish I had got the employee who helped me out. He was so friendly and helpful.
Better instructions on how to use your program for savings would be great. I signed up. I put my card on. I can pay through the app, but I cannot seem to get that discount the save my soul.
It should have the option to use the 10cents discount.
At approximately 640 on 7/22/26, a very nice clerk helped me with my pump pal! This was the first time using it & it was so easy after she explained the process. I didn't get her name, but we got our gas at Parker's in Garden City SC.
Convenient and professional
I’d like to update my debit card, but I can’t do it in the app. It’s a bit inconvenient.
Regards
I got the Parker’s kitchen one and like it.
Need receipts fixed. Everytime…no receipts!
After the last update, Apple will not open without providing your phone number. Should not be necessary to provide personal information to login when you previously use the app.
He didn't give me a receipt at the pump. But is great and fast service.
Best customer service in town
Every time I want to use the $0.20 off coupon that is supposed to be applied automatically from the previous purchase I have to call customer service. Attendants in the store insist that the coupon from a buy 3 and save will be automatically applied to the next fuel purchase, but it doesn’t work. Store attendants can’t fix it, so you have to call customer services (which always takes 30-49 minutes to confirm. Same with the initial setup of an account (that’s 3 phone calls and 1-2 hours) 7-11 is so much more user friendly

My husband and I have been using Parker’s club rewards and the prices are unbeatable for the area. The only thing I would say is that I wish I could redeem rewards toward gas prices too! Especially in this economy 😂😮💨
The best
I really enjoy using a phone number instead of the plastic card when filling up and using discounts in the store. That being said, I wish they would figure a way to give you the $.10 discount when you go in the store and pay cash. As it stands, you only get the discount if you use your debit card at the pump.

With the new update, it’s not easy to tell if you have fuel rewards or not. I saw that I had 550 points so I thought I was going to have. Rewards to use when I filled up with gas. That was not the case. You used to be able to easily tell.
I love this app, so easy to navigate and absolutely useful!
Why did you get rid of this feature???
