Lousy app
One star is too good for this app. Good job the actual service is great. The app is buggy, only taking me to the reservation screen, and routinely “hangs”. I want to look up my reservation and access the provided QR code. Also, would be nice if the reservation confirmation/QR code was also able to load into my Apple Wallet. The latest upgrade didn’t make anything better at all.

Such a Terrible App
This is just a terrible app. So useless - I open it and it just takes me to “Reserve a Parking Spot”, even when that’s not I want to do, and doesn’t allow me to access the menu or my account or check my previous booking. Back to the website. Can’t do anything I need to do on the app.

Doesn’t work: Freezes
I’ve tried to book parking three or four times in a row, and the app just freezes up. When you click on app support, it just takes you to the website, but not any app support. Don’t bother.
