VERY BAD APP. DOESN’T WORK
Never opens, zone’s never work. Emails never send a d when they do send, the code doesnt work.
RUINED by Apr ‘26 Update
The recent update has ruined a formerly great app. Now users must work through layers of menu selections to reach what used to be easily reached from the main screen. Map looks like a cartoon. History receipts don’t even have the company name - no longer have a professional look. Disappointing.
Horrible app
Doesn’t work well to add time, since I was trying to add time I missed a lot of my event as I was worried the app wouldn’t update and I would get parking ticket or worse towed. Customer service is a joke! Find other parking solutions

Stop updating so frequently because every time is a new hassle before you can park.
Does not work anymore
Subscription disappeared as well as saved vehicles, re-adding vehicles not possible “uh oh” error, no support, only ai chat suggesting to re-add the vehicle🙄
The Houston resident discount is a LIE !!!
I have submitted the required information twice now in the past month. Not sure if it is complete incompetence or they just refuse to honor the transaction fee discount but to date, I have not had the transaction fee discount added to my account.
They have replied to my submission multiple times, but the discount has yet to be properly applied and I’ve used the app 3 times during the past month and still paying the normal amount they charge.
Without the discount, this app is completely useless. You can use the ParkMobile app everywhere and you get the same price.
What’s the f’ing point if you don’t honor what you’re supposed to for residents???

Not user friendly
Hard to confirm via app where you were prev parked; even worse is inability to easily extend if you switch from mobile data to wifi- app is easily confused by something as simple as that.
Unreliable
With login changes in Feb 2024. Almost impossible to login. Neither email, nor text message not being issued reliably to complete login.
Worst app I’ve ever used
Constantly logging me out, and the email link never shows up for me to log in. It won’t let me use my password to log in. I’m better off using the physical meter rather than use this garbage.
Easy as apple pie
Works great. Used it many times. If you integrate it with your Apple login, there seems to be no problems.
Works but annoying
If you have the park zone number, great, search feature is bad. Great at notifying you, but when you are done the app won’t go away! Even closing it and sometimes after restarting device it is still docked on your Dynamic Island. Please fix these bugs
Someone inside steals cc info.
Just received my business cc and they are the first and only company I used it on 8/14/24 in the morning. Later on in the evening someone tried to get HEB gas with my info later that evening. Had to cancel my new card.
Passwordless login not working
I click on the email link and it goes to the parkmobile website - can never get the ParkHouston app to sign in.
Houston Parking
App has been working well for me but lately there have been some issues. I have been unable to use. It has lost all my information and will not accept data. I’m having to use the meters instead of app and isn’t as convenient.
Keeps logging me out
What's the point of having an app if it can't remember you. I might as well just log into the website each time. Crap programmers
Fantastic Parking App
This is so easy to use! It gives you updates about your time and let’s you add time if needed. The “find my car” is a great feature I haven’t seen. Completely worth it to use!!!

This is quite possibly the worst app ever created. It is so difficult to use. I was standing in a parking lot in Memorial Park houston and it shows me options to park in Atlanta. It is slow and clunky and needs to be permanently deleted. Great job Houston!

I has my app set to share while using. Miles away from the location I was at and time expired and the app was still tracking me. Invasion of privacy. Deleted app.
Live Activities!
This app just got better with Live Activities on iOS 16.1!! Ahh it so cool seeing the timer on my Lock Screen and on the dynamic island. Great job to development team!
Bad app bad city planning.
Why have meters that just eat your money…. I paid for parking and it took my money and gave me no credit so I’ll be leaving a 1 star review on all devices because I have to download this stupid app after I alredy paid
