They literally took away the feature where you can schedule your car. Trash app
Horrible customer service
It’s just AI customer service. You can go back and forth for weeks and they just won’t have any idea what you’re saying. If you’re ever double charged just forget it. You’ll never get paid back.
App abuses notifications
Want to be notified that your parking is about to expire? Well enjoy your spam because if you enable notifications this app will send you promotional garbage as if anyone gives a %#@& about parking promos.
Rental/Loaner car issues
Overall the app is pretty easier to use and I don’t really have much to complain about. The only problem I’ve experienced is if I’m in a loaner car for several days/a week and happen to use the app with that car , I have to add it into the app. Once I turn the car back in, someone else could drive into one of the garages and it reads the license plate and charges my account unless I remember to remove the car from my app account. This has already happened to me once. It would be nice, when adding a vehicle, to have an expiry date/# of days expecting to use the vehicle and then it falls off my account automatically. This would prevent irrelevant charges going to the wrong person which is no longer using that loaner/rental car in case one forgets to immediately remove the vehicle from their account.

Cedar lot
Absolutely the worst parking company. From the agents on site all the way to AI and online technicians. They change prices constantly over charge and charge when not even using, don’t click things on site you might just apply for monthly subscribe parking THAT THE LOT ATTENDANT WON’T EVEN ALLOW YOU TO PARK.., on account of the location and and web site does a horrible job of communicating EVENT PARKING when they jack prices up to 100 or more dollars… No correction or clarification on what I’m total you’re paying subscription pays for and rude attendants that are also very clueless while getting caught in paying customers money hungry company … let me tell you 6.99 on a weekday and 2.99 on a weekend is not worth the headache and drama…
