What happened to the ability to schedule pickup in advance for monthly subscribers?
Avoid parking w/ company
Even after paying for parking, I still received a parking notice. $75 fine. Avoid parking or using this company because there is no understanding.
Stupid Design
This apps design is so stupid. It doesn’t allow you to pay remotely. You can only pay while you are in the parking lot. For commuters, sometimes we are rush to catch the train and want to pay when we take the train. It does’t have this option. It only can show the direction even when you are only .5 miles away from the parking lot can doesn’t give you the chance to pay it when you have time. I really don’t like it and it is not flexible at all. I would rather choose some parking lot don’t use this app ! ! !

they’re stealing your money
parked in one of their lots for an hour. Got sent a text with a click to pay link. Click the link and it doesn’t take me to my parking session, just the home landing page on their website. It’s so difficult to try and find your parking session. They have a “view my parking notice” search on their website. So i put in my license plate and it says that there is no notice associated with that plate. Meanwhile i continue to get “Failure to update payment method within 48 hours will result in a $54.50 late fee” texts. I’m forced to download the app l, so i download the app. It somehow knows that i owe $7.49 for my parking session and lets me pay. They WITHDRAWAL THE MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT, but somehow claim that an “error occurred during payment” and require a second payment. They don’t care about you. They’re stealing. Plain and simple. Don’t park here if you can help it.

Useless waste of time
I had to jump through a lot of hoops just to park. No value added whatsoever.
I’d lie to delete my account and my credit card info but haven’t found his to do that.
