I booked parking through this app in several different cities, but it failed every time. As a result, I had to pay for parking twice on multiple occasions. I wouldn't recommend it.
Poor user experience
Used in Los Angeles for World Cup and was give conflicting directions. Couldnโt get a refund so ended up paying twice for parking. Will not use service again. Their business lacks adequate customer service.
Worked great!
I just used the ParkWhiz app for the first time, for an afternoon Pittsburgh Pirates baseball game.
The last time I had tickets to an afternoon Pirates game I had to park in the Strip District, because I couldnโt find any available parking in town. I used the ParkWhiz app to prepay and reserve parking in the Gateway Center Garage, an easy walk to PNC Park. It worked great!

Got screwed; no help
ParkWhiz told me to show my parking pass to the garage attendant after parking. But there was no attendant present - only a security guard who said he could do nothing and that everything was automated. I tried to call the ParkWhiz help line, but I could not get through. So, I left, trusting that ParkWhiz would take care of things. Big mistake. I came back four hours later, picked up the car and drove off, still having seen no sign of an attendant or any way to verify that all was well. A month later, I got a $100 bill from the garage owners threatening to boot or tow my car if I didnโt pay up. I contacted ParkWhiz but could raise only an AI chatbot that kept telling me ParkWhiz was just a third party vendor and that I would have to deal directly with the garage. The garage, of course, has been wholly unresponsive. There are other parking brokers out there. I suggest you use one of them instead of trusting this company.

Nightmare
I purchased the parking pass for what the app alleged was a 24 hour public lot. upon arrival the attendant refused to open the gate to the lot, he stated the lot was exclusively for monthly clients. The app does not allow you to request a refund, you must email.
