Unresponsive support — unpaid redemption
I've been an active SpotAngels user, contributing parking sign photos regularly. I redeemed my Spotcoins for a payout and received a confirmation email, but never actually received the funds. I've now emailed support three separate times over several months with zero response. If you're relying on this app's redemption feature to actually pay out, be aware that support doesn't reply when something goes wrong.

Incredibly useful
I only park in the street as I can’t afford to park in garages. This app has saved me a lot of money in tickets over the years. It’s super convenient to be able to check this app quickly to see where I can park. The reminder feature is amazing as well. The price of the app is less than one parking ticket in nyc. No brainer

Scam, apparently
I got a spot at a garage at a place I wasn’t familiar with. Cost me 24$. Then, when I got to the venue, there were multiple garages for 9$. The kicker? When I left the garage, I got charged the 9$ anyway, QR code wasn’t valid. Utter trash, don’t recommend.
listings are highly innacurate
i went to 8 different spots on this app listed as free parking spots and not a single one was accurate in the slightest, would not reccomend whatsoever at least in cincinnati

Great for scouting out a location for potential street parking. Not always up to date since it’s crowd sourced. But still super helpful for cities.
