Terrible app in the year 2026
Can’t believe this app is still so incredibly buggy, non functional, unprofessional with the most pop ups and hurdles to cross just to park. It’s an embarrassment that metro north uses it

App crashes when trying to select location from recent or favorites, only books on search
Not great
Not a great app, sometimes I get a notice that “online reservations are not available” but where I park they always should be. Also using favorites or recents just stopped working for me so I must manually search parking zones every time.
It’s a parking app
Works well enough when it’s working.
Can’t pick hours to park
I should be able to select the amount of hours I’d like to park instead of given a small selection
