App crashes when trying to select location from recent or favorites, only books on search

Not a great app, sometimes I get a notice that “online reservations are not available” but where I park they always should be. Also using favorites or recents just stopped working for me so I must manually search parking zones every time.

Can’t pick hours to park
I should be able to select the amount of hours I’d like to park instead of given a small selection
Does not work consistently
Initially this app worked, but now it doesn’t let me pay for parking. I’ve tried restarting, signing out/in, and I always get an error. It’s very frustrating sitting in the parking lot trying to pay for parking and not succeeding. In the end I end up using the web version and enter my details manually every time.

Great and convenient
Easy to use; love being able to reserve ahead of time
App has been broken for awhile
The app gives me an error 95% of the time when I try pick a parking garage and I have to use the website instead.

Nonexistent customer service
When trying to select any parking lot, the app just says “Error occurred”. I tried contacting customer service. The only option is to call and it goes to voicemail.

Missing a critical feature
The location we often use with this app is MARC BWI Station Garage where you pull a paper ticket from the gate. When it’s time to check out and pay, you can’t just open this app and get a camera to scan the bar code! Each and every time you have to go to the kiosk and scan the QR code on the wall with a regular camera on your phone. Add a Pay Now button that triggers a camera. And while you’re at it, add location services and let users save favorites. Then they can tap a favorite, pay now, done!

Easy way to park
I am new to the area. I have to commute to the city. I thought I was not gonna find a parking spot. This is easy first come first serve.
