do NOT park with “premium parking”
I have to park at a “premium parking” space for work so I use this app many times a week. The premium parking app glitches constantly. This has led to me getting several parking tickets from “premium parking” even though I’ve entered my promo code exactly how I was suppose. When I reach out to “premium parking” customer service to appeal my tickets, they claim there’s nothing they can do and I have to $130 ticket. Also, they send the parking tickets via the mail so I received the tickets past the initial payment period causing them to charge me an additional late fee. This has happened to dozens of others at my work to point that my work has to involve their legal team to contest these tickets. “Premium parking” is clearly just wanting to make the most money however it can at the expense of its customers. If there is literally ANY OTHER parking option, I would park there and AVOID “PREMIUM PARKING” AT ALL COST.

Does not allow validation
The app does not allow validation from a local store, in any options can find. It seems to be built purely to accept money, not thinking through other facets of parking. The customer service chat also you out to a web chat which doesn’t work.
