Subpar design
The app design is everything but contemporary. It‘s archaic. You may, by accident, choose the wrong location you thought you’re parking right now, (entries are to close to each other) and you may end up receiving a parking ticket, despite, having paid for the parking spot, only at a wrong location. Happened to me. It’s very frustrating. Please fix this ASAP.

Pretty poor
Very poor, unstable mobile app. It takes time to get used to it, especially if you are coming from digitally more advanced markets such as USA, UK etc. But, once you get used to it, it works well.
German mandatory
In a country with 4 official languages making a parking app with only German is the definition of stupidity.

Great Britain?
Haven’t used in anger yet but confidence not high as does not accept United Kingdom postal codes (Zip codes). You cannot complete registration without entering a numeric zip code. UK postal codes are alphanumeric and letters are not permitted in the Zip code field. Still better than one of your competitors that does not even recognise UK registration numbers!

Beware of DOUBLE PRICES!
In some areas on some days ( Sat, Sun) the parking fees are 50% of weekday fees. This app does not recognize those differences so you pay double. In normal world it is called theft.

Non Europe Address not supported
Attempt to register to use the app when visiting Switzerland. It requires a home address, it doesn’t allow an address outside of Europe. Completely useless to me.
Unusable
Like the last reviewer I can’t use the app because it doesn’t allow a UK user to register. The last review was a year ago so clearly the developer has no interest in rectifying the problem.

Will not accept UK zip code. It was the only app that could be used inSt Gallen car park. Get coins
Cheaper than easypark, but still too much
This app lacks usability. My advice is to just copycat easypark and improve from there.
For parkings of 50c, I find 25c commission too expensive. I‘d rather use coins.

Unusable
We tried to use this app in a Swiss car park in Luzern. But impossible to register if you are British as it won’t accept UK postcode format despite having a Great Britain country choice.

Pas moyen de payer directement, il faut recharger la carte à coup de 20 francs minimum c’est compliqué pour quelqu’un qui visite la Suisse.

Which is ok, I know some, though I had to look up PLZ. But impossible to register with a UK postcode!

This app works but does not give a clear confirmation within the app to assure your payment has been done correctly. App is also slow and lacks in terms of ease of use. Not the most user friendly app
