Unable to create account
Unable to create account.
I want this to work so bad!
But I am unable to fill out the create an account page, because the form fields are black, with black labels. I can’t see a description of what I’m supposed to fill in. It looks like a.redacted government file, all black boxes on a white field.
Can’t create account
The app doesn’t allow you to create a new account. All of the fields are completely white or black on the page. Tried to adjust phone color setting but nothing helped. Seems to be a defect with the app.
Does the job
This is a free tool to monitor progression of Parkinsons.
Won’t work
Just finished watch long video “PD Active Speaker Forum: Lifestyle as a Disease Modification Strategy - June 8, 2024”. Very informative. Decided to get this app they mentioned and contribute to the research.
Just went through the big song and dance to create app account, received PRO-PD verification code to activate account, did that, but now the app won’t recognize the account or log in. Something is incorrect but no way or suggestions on how to fix it. So no way to use app or provide data to assist the research.
If they’re asking more people to sign up and provide data, someone needs to fix this app glitch so that we can do just that.
