Fraud concern

There is a link in this app at the foot of the page that will take you to a company that will ask you to register your credit card . I thought this was part of the registration for the app but it is for an entertainment company which proceeded to take 59.99 Euro from my account .
The link is in Green and says register . I am advising others to be aware and I wonder how the developers have allowed this to happen.
