App never works
I could make a better app writing on a napkin while crapping on the toilet.
Not in any way functional
From the moment I downloaded this app it hasnât work. I tried multiple times and itâs just a white page. It would be so convenient if it did work

Stress free? Doesn't work
The app states how easy and stress free it is to park. I spent over 35 minutes trying to get it to load, enter a phone number it's supposed to text you but there were no continue button, same with email. Stress free? Spent the entire dinner worried I was getting a ticket. The whole thing sucks.

Has the address wrong and wonât let me change it? Guess I wonât be able to park overnight in OP ever again.

Just downloaded the app after parking, opened app, enter parking sone and paid for 4 hours of parking. Came back at the end of 4 hours to find a citation for $33.00 because the ParkOakPark apparently is the same underlying program for several other cities and the app pulled a old license plate number for a car no longer owned. Never prompted me for a plate number. I had to dig to find an app for Evanston IL parking on the phone that had that old plate number and apparently shared the info with the SEPERATE APP for PARKOAKPARK and listed the wrong plate number - hence my situation after 2hours while I was still legally parked for 2 more hours. Unable to get anyone at OakPark or the app to help resolve. I have proof of the expired plate and the receipt for the paid parking. BUYER BEWARE -why have one data base for several different city apps without at least a warning prompt?

Piece of *hit
This app is a total piece of garbage. Funding source and getting a Visa card to work is infuriating. Also, why have Apple Pay even listed as an option if the app doesnât support it.
Terrible App
This app does not work. Says the zone Iâm parked in is âinvalidâ.
Will not accept payment
Keeps giving an error message saying that the payment did not go through even when trying multiple forms of valid payment at different locations on different times and dates.
Worst Parking App
Bring back Passport! This app is terrible. It wonât let me pay. It says, Set Up Payment, but when I enter my card info, it says Card Already FoundâŚbut thereâs no option to use it. When I click Apple Pay, it says Park Oak Park does not accept Apple Pay. Why is it an option then??
Doesnât work and steals money
I talked to Park, I got multiple error messages that it would not accept payment of any sort even after re-entering it multiple times, so I went to the kiosk to pay. And then I still got charged from the app. The contact us page refuses to load and says Internet is not available, even though it is.
Not a Good App
Stick with the Passport app. This app doesn't take Apple Pay nor any of my cards, so I'll go ahead and pass! No thanks.
Useless
Like the Village of Oak Park, app is broken and doesnât work.
Worse than useless
While writing a branded overlay to the Passport parking app would probably be a pretty bad use of village funds, doing so while also breaking the core functionality of an app designed to take payments AND NOT FIXING IT FOR A YEAR is pretty much the worst.
Payment doesnât work
It wouldnât take Appke Pay or credit card. Iâm assuming they want you to but their $25 parking card. Well Iâm not in Oak Park that often, so no. Terrible scam

Adding card information doesnât work nor does ApplePay work. With no option to pay, then this app is useless.
