Not easy to use
We traveled out west. All while paying each toll, when we got to Illinois we were encouraged to “keep driving” by the large advertisements posted on the signs. Thanks to all the other 13 states we traveled through for making our toll paying easy. Illinois, I hope to the money you collect from families like us is put to good use on tricking others. In the way home I lived in one week later “no tolls due”. Two weeks later I’m getting texts to pay . I’ve downloaded. Added bank card. You have not made this easy. For goodness sakes! 😳. With Chicago being a major transportation hub for the country - DO BETTER! Also. Is my toll paid ? Because I honestly have no idea.

Illinois selective road tax burden
Want to see how much you are currently paying in tolls before they raise it about 50% and then automatically after? This is a must have app!!! Realize you already are paying taxes for all the free highways through the rest of the state, but if you live in select areas of the state you pay directly for your highways, and all the other highways and mass transit through your road and transportation taxes even though you may never use those. Selective Tax and no way to stop the desire for these tolls to indirectly assist non tolled transportation through the state. Keep hurting people who have to drive tollways (I commute out of state to my job and pay my Illinois tax and for the privilege of driving 90 miles each way to work).

Keeps crashing
Keeps crashing when I try to enter my email. I refreshed the app multiple times and turned my phone off and every time I get to this page it freezes.

You can’t pay by plate before was better spcial out of state
Login Problems
Can only login on my Laptop. App doesn’t allow login. Tried Four times.

Worked for a while then when App was updated again the login screen stopped working. Still works on laptop.
