Need a better accurate app
Doesn’t always register the amount deposited. Already negative after adding $45 and paying $20, and I haven’t driven on the toll roads.

Make it easy to order sticker
It is way too difficult to get a tollway sticker. Make it obvious on the front page of the website with a click here to purchase. Took me several tries to find out how to buy one and it was so confusing. Asked if I wanted to transfer from pay tolls

No pay now option
I received a notification that my card was declined (closed due to fraud and I forgot to update the app) and now that I entered a new card there is no option to pay now. If the app doesn’t automatically try the charge again and I get an invoice with extra fees I will be very upset.
