I called because I have money on my account and I was charged $46.50. I called and the representative hung up on me. I waited 45 minutes just to get to a representative as well. Horrible app horrible representative, horrible organization
Unpaid toll
I just got a notice of an unpaid toll by email but when I go into pay by plate, it says zero balance

How do the transponders that have been working become unassigned to the cars and start charging me the dumb invoices?

Why do I keep getting text messages & emails that I have no payment method for outstanding tolls. I paid my tolls & have a zero balance. Seems like you just want my credit card info.
App doesn’t work
Been trying for days to Pay by Plate for a rental car. Website doesn’t work at all. So I downloaded the app and it won’t let you select a vehicle type and won’t let you proceed without selecting one. You’d think for a state that has so many budget issues they’d at least figure out how to collect revenue.
