Account update fails
Every time I catch tolls, it never updates here in the app. I am from out of state. Same plate. Then several weeks later I’ll get the bill. Try and pay it off, but the app still says balance of $0.00
Does not work!
I have tried for 2 years to use this app. It has never been able to see my history which means I have to mail in or call in to make payments.
Won’t Load
Can I get the app to download. Attempted to update my payment, and unable to do so without the new app.
Can’t add any info
I updated the e app and now I can’t add any new info. So frustrating.
Waste of money
What a joke of a state and a joke of a service. I give these pricks over $1000 a year. Pathetic
Slow with software issues
The system runs quite slow and often has errors that happen when using pay by plate. It makes it quite difficult and frustrating to understand if and when your payment went through. It’s a great app idea and concept though! That’s my only complaint. But it is quite user friendly with its interface and concept.

Poor Tracking by IPass of Rental LP #’s
Despite adding my rental car’s license plate #’s to my profile and getting an iPass confirmation, I have now been accessed my 4th fine from rental car companies. IPass says the rental car companies should wave the fine with my documentation. The rental companies push back and say take your issue to IPass and get them to fix it. I wish IPass would get their s—t together. Very irritating to deal with this here in IL and in FL.

Annoying
I’ve keep trying to create an account and it will not acknowledge it because I previously cancelled my account years ago. Now I have to deal with exuberant fees because it will not allow me to even pay by plate with my past email. I even tried another email and I’m frustrated. The representative said she created my account but now I have excessive fees from the rental car company.

Transponder Sticker Scam
The transponder sticker is the biggest scam ever and inconvenience for the consumer. It makes impossible to add car rentals to the account. Even if you add the rental license plates to the account, you still get citations. Before I can bring the transponder to the rental with no issues. And when you call to dispute any transactions there’s nobody to answer the call.

I would like to see an invoice of what I was billed! Not just an amount. No agency no license plate! How do I even know this is correct?? Not to mention it is a week later!

Problematic
I’ve had I pass for over 20 years and within the last three years I’ve received more missed toll notifications than ever. It seems like a scam to me. I’m being charged the full cost of each toll even though I have the sticker mounted to my windshield. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t.
WTF
I have an I-PASS and set up auto payment. All of a sudden, it’s stopped working and I get a bill from using the toll roads. And my account is only bringing up my old vehicle which I have not driven in 2 years.

Need a better accurate app
Doesn’t always register the amount deposited. Already negative after adding $45 and paying $20, and I haven’t driven on the toll roads.
