Either very corrupt or poorly managed
It’s never ending issue with this program. I can’t pay my bill even tho there are cars on file. Then I call, get caught up, and am told nothing else to worry about. Then another toll hits and it’s been “pending” for awhile now. Now I’m getting those warning letters again. Vicious cycle.

Horrible Experience
I have an old account. I try to log in, it says your account was deactivated. Has to send me a code to set a new password. It takes several try’s. I get a completed message on the screen. I log in then it says you have to switch to pay by plate. I want to activate a new pass. I try it says again switch to pay by plate. I try again and again it won’t let me set up my new pass. And you can’t get help at all. Horrible experience

The app never actually shows any invoices. But it shows I have unpaid invoices and when I click them, it says there’s an error and it closes. I have not received anything in the mail and I have no ability to pay any invoices. So who knows what I have out there! The app, website and otherwise are all garbage. Just like the toll system itself.

License plate recognition
Took trip in an unregistered vehicle. Two days later added that vehicle plate in system. Back dated the plate into system so I could pay for tolls. Been 2 weeks and still don’t see that charge. Taking a long time. Will I get fined as well??? Trying to use system to no avail.

This app is easy to navigate but the tolls in Illinois are not going to anything worthwhile

Transponder and tollway in Indiana is awful.
I take the skyway weekly. For some reason the toll once you enter Indiana from Illinois always has lines and it seems there’s some issue with that station. Anyway I was charged $47.23 for a toll ( as if I was driving t a semi truck) I’m driving a car. So I called. Twice. And wrote a complaint. After all that someone agreed it was a clear error and gave me the credit on my account balance for future tolls. Then yesterday I noticed it was taken back ! You people need to get your act together. Of course I’m now contacting my bank and refusing to pay that charge for auto replenishment. Also the app- you have to refresh every time to see your balance. That should just happen. And you should get a notifier when you’re running low.

Won’t take debit card
I’ve tried to add my debit card to this app so many times it just keeps denying and denying and denying the website doesn’t want you to add the card so you can pay more fees

I tried to remove a transponder and replace it. App said “Something went wrong. Please try again.” Tried multiple times but always failed.
