Won’t let me put my card info in the app
Tried both my Amex and visa and says network error. I’m on my home WiFi. There is no network issue. The issue it with the app. Hopefully wherever we go park takes cash.

App won’t let me add a payment option. I get a network error every time I try to add a credit card. I’ve used the app for years and now that I have a new credit card I can’t use it anymore…..very frustrating!!

With quarters I can pay in 10 seconds. I can easily add more time or top off my time. I also don’t need to spend 10 minutes out of my hour to pay as it goes from when you open the app and not when you payed. Also it is a more secure way of parking as your data isn’t in danger (cards, plate info, and the your name).
The app isn’t good for a user interface. It steals YOUR data with no guaranteed safeguards to keep the data you are forced to give personal info (a quarter is a quarter). And the mentioned -10 minutes out of YOUR time to set up, pay and hope it works.
Please bring back quarters for people. Not to mention the fact that out of town people are more likely to stay in the city as quarters are universal and the app is local. So why alienate people and potential customers. I’ll immediately delete this and stay out of downtown till quarters are the norm again.

Problems with UI
App is completely unusable on my iPhone (which is fully updated recent model). Cannot enter session code, it disappears and does not let me select. Now I have a citation and their website is just as useless telling me that there’s no citation.

Before the latest update we used to receive an alert 10 minutes before our

I had an appeal declined because I parked at 7:10 and didn’t start paying until 7:11.
The app rarely works
The app rarely I can’t tell you how many times I’ve gone to oh for parking and it doesn’t load freezes crashes or doesn’t take my payment which is valid

App not allowing confirmation
When trying to add my vehicle I couldn’t fully type in my license plate number and when adding a payment method the zip would only allow four digits..
4 Character License Plate
I really didn’t enjoy getting a ticket for $24 because the app literally disallowed entering a 6-character license plate, capping at 4 characters. Fighting an unexpected ticket - since I foolishly still paid for the spot - was not part of my Omaha itinerary.
Double Billed plus theft asking for $10 admin fee
So our family stood there maybe 30 to 40 minutes to be told the app is not Apple friendly. We were asked our information probably page ten of a 80 rule notebook of all the Apple users had trouble at the parking garage downtown Omaha Jackson st. Finally the new hour started app started session. Seen the charge posted hard on my account. Two weeks later I get a letter saying I haven’t paid so now I will spend another hour of my life with the proof I was charge from my bank. I feel it should be illegal to also charge a $10 administrative fee. It has to astronomical how much money the city is loosing on double billing all these Apple users who already paid by sending these fraud letters. Next time I will park in a private paid company not the city… life lessons.

Won’t let me fill in my profile info past 4 characters per line. Won’t take my 5-character license plate, or my name or email. Glitchy when parking as well - won’t take credit card info. App needs a complete overhaul

Wouldn’t accept a full license or credit card details. Can’t perform its most basic function.
Absurd pricing
Paid $11 to park downtown with no option to get money back if you leave early.
Extremely inconvenient
Haven’t been downtown in awhile, thought it’d be fun to go with my family. Come to find out you have to download an app??? I downloaded it, gave information, used “Zone code” it would NOT work, tried multiple times with different spots still didn’t work and we just left. How can things get anymore inconvenient and frustrating in Omaha downtown.

There needs to be an end time button
People should be allowed to end their time and be charged accordingly for only the time in which they used.
People pay extra all the time to prevent getting a ticket. The lotted time may be paid for and however the city can double charge another person now for the same hour. For the same spot.
