Poor experience

The app does make you pay for parking even while there is no parking charge. Then it adds the “free” time artificially to the “paid” time. I lost over 750 CZK this way diring a weekend where I wanted to mark 20h of parking. I was denied refund because “I should have read that it was free - somewhere…(?)”.
Such a basic UX use case and so poorly implemented :/
Why not putting the free time directly into the order??

App doesn’t work. Stole my money

I paid 80 Koruna for 3 hours of parking but it only gave me 15 minutes. I tried to extend for another 3 hours, but it gave me another 15 minutes of overlapping time. There was no other way to pay for parking at the location so I had to move and find another spot. Complete waste of money.

Chybi apple pay

Nevidim duvod ukladat platebni kartu, takovou duveru v appku nemam… Od toho je apple pay.

Kartu určitě ukládat nemusíte. Principiálně je však mechanismus zabezpeční "zapamatované" karty na velmi podobné úrovni, jako Apple Pay. Platba Apple Pay je nově dostupná v těchto dnech vydávané nové verzi.

“Simply” does not work

App gives an error message that makes absolutely no sense. Parking cannot be started. Icing on the cake is the lack of English language.

Zahranicni tel. Cislo

Opravdu je tak tezke podporit i jina nez ceska cisla, hlavne ze mate aby se zadalo cislo v mezinarodnim formatu!? Mam spanelske cislo a nejsem schopen si udelat rezervaci. Haze to chybovou hlasku, ze chybi cislo. Pritom potvrzeni proboha poslete kamkoliv jako z banky a vsude v dnesni dobe...
Aplikace uplne na nic pro cizince, ani anglictina neni...

Pokud zadáte českou SPZ platíte o 50% míň než pokud zadáte cizí SPZ. Hnus, měli byste se stydět. A pak si stěžujete když vám to samé dělají v zahraničí.

Dobrý den. Aplikace zadanou SPZ/RZ vůči ceně žádným způsobem nevyhodnocuje. Navíc z SPZ/RZ není možné stát jednoznačně určit. Vaše domněnka proto nemůže být správná. K prověření vašeho nákupu nás můžete kontaktovat na emailové adrese parksimply@globdata.cz
