Started sending out spam as time sensitive notifications so disabled notifications for the entire app. Where are the useful notifications like 30 mins before your bundle is up.
Unable to open app!
The last two times I’ve used Car4way the app won’t open saying I need Wi-Fi access? Fortunately, I was with my wife one time and I used her hotspot. The last time I couldn’t get past the page saying Wi-Fi access needed, try again.
Terrible customer experience
The app is not intuitive and has bad user experience. As a customer who doesn’t have a Czech citizenship they demand you pay a 10000czk deposit fee which is totally ruthless. No car rental or car sharing business I’ve ever used anywhere around the world had ever put forward any nonsense deposit demands like this
