After waiting for maintenance to finish with no warning of extension, i walked 1km to the car to find out this is probably their first IT job and they didnt finish it in time without any warning. Support was super arrogant. Thanks for surprise evening walk...

Pokaždé co aplikaci aktualizuju to po mně chce znovu zadávat řidičský průkaz a zdlouhavé ověřování! Přesto, že jsem přihlášená ke stejnému účtu. Kvůli tomu jsem si radši začala půjčovat auta od konkurence.

Zamítli registraci, ačkoliv bych měl splňovat všechny podmínky. Psal jsem jim mail na podporu a odpověděli, že důvod zamítnutí je z interních důvodů, které nesdělují. U všech ostatních car sharingů nemám žádný problém.

Registrace vyžaduje bezpodmínečně BankID a pokud nemáte jednu z vybraných bank (KB), tak bohužel nejedete. Absolutně k ničemu

This app is incredibly frustrating to use. It crashes every other time when you’re trying to end your rental, and of course, you keep getting charged credits the whole time. You can lock the car, walk away thinking everything is fine, and then an hour later realize the reservation was never properly completed — meaning you’ve been charged for all that time at already overpriced rates.
Customer support is basically useless. The hotline is constantly busy, and if someone finally answers, you’re met with a rude operator who just tells you to “read the rules” and reminds you that they have other customers waiting.
The cars themselves are okay, but the prices are probably the highest in Prague. Services like Bolt offer cars of similar quality, but at least they treat customers properly and don’t feel like they’re trying to rip you off — and at much more reasonable prices.

Nesmyslná komunikace
Zkusil jsem se zaregistrovat do aplikace s platnými doklady a veškerou potřebnou informací, ale na každý pokus jsem dostal odmítnutí. Po napsání formálního emailu do nabízeného mi klientského servisu, dostal jsem odpověď s následující větou “registrace byla bohužel zamítnuta na základě interního předpisu společnosti, který NEUVÁDÍME ”, což ukazuje naprosto špičkový přístup ke klientům 👍👍👍

Spammy and poorly coded
Developers are sloppy generally, and especially when it comes to session handling and login field metadata assignment. Sessions are frequently lost when they make changes to the app. Started sending out spam as time sensitive notifications(f off) so I disabled notifications for the entire app. Why not have useful notification like expiring bundles.

Horrible development
No idea what you're doing over there. I'm a heavy user, used to be more. App is very very bad, keeps logging me off, cars are lower quality, location is always off. Bolt is going to run you over, guys. Wake up.

Nepoužitelné
Sdílenými auty jezdím hodně, ale car4way jsou proti ostatním opravdu hrůza. Pominu to, že NIKDE vás předem neupozorní, že musíte hledat klíč. U konkurence odemknete a startuje, tady jsem musel sám googlit, jak sakra nastartovat. Ale to, že tam často ten klíč asi ani není je už teda moc. Dojít 5 minut k autu, abyste 5 minut uvnitř marně hledali klíč… na to už teda nervy nemám.
