Very buggy
Frequently does not work and does not allow me to submit payments extremely buggy I have received tickets because of how bad this app works
Payment screen is broken
You can get all the way through the process to the payment screen but the payment button does nothing. Tap tap tap tap tap nothing at all. All of my friends have the same issue with various card types, so I know it’s not just me. Issue started a couple of weeks ago when the updated a couple of UI elements and buttons.

Purchase button doesn’t work
Can’t purchase using Apple Pay or any other payment method. And the actual machine was rebooting so couldn’t pay that way either lol
Terrible app
Every time I use this app there is an issue. It is difficult to figure how to put in the zone and many times the screen is just blank so I can’t do anything and have to use the booth. What is the point. It definitely needs to be fixed.
This app is very broken
This app will not let me pay with any of my cards. It won’t even let you edit or delete a card, so if you need to renew a card you can’t. Apple Pay also declines on the app. Overall it is worthless.
Why all the apps nowadays
Don’t wanna download another app. I got like 3MB of storage left on my phone. I can barely afford to take a selfie (with the live feature off). I had to delete Gospel Library for this bs (I will be redownloading it soon don’t worry brethren). Bless y’all and may you find Christ.
Won’t load most of the time
Unfortunate that the city forces you to use an app that doesn’t work. Most of the time it’s just a blank screen, sometimes you can enter your zone number and then go to a blank screen. Tried reinstalling multiple times on my iPhone 15. The government can’t do anything right you’d think they could at least spend our money on something that works.

Horrible
One of the most inconvenient apps I’ve ever used. The verification is ridiculous and tricky, and defied my iPhone’s efforts to copy the temporary PIN over. This is for paying for parking, not safeguarding nuclear launch codes
Will not let you extend parking time
See title. Cannot extend time of parking spot and throws an error. Easy tech fix that somehow has continued
Super clunky UI
Awful Ui/UX experience. Can’t scan QRs on pedestals, can’t see what we are supposed to be doing in the app, just awful.
Useless app
Says no zones around me exist. Can’t use location to find a zone. Can’t type the zone in.
I’m sure I’ll get a parking ticket because this app is designed this way. Utterly useless.

Doesn’t work
I have tried over and over to use this app and payment is always declined, it’s just impossible to use.
Can’t see what you are typing
Not from Utah. Stayed downtown at little America on business. Salt lake is beautiful. This app is absolutely garbage. Complicated, clunky, can’t see what you are typing because of the garbage format. You can do better Utah. Use gps. If I scan a barcode to park I shouldn’t be on my phone for 15 minutes to park. Streamline this garbage slide!!!!!!!!!!!

Cannot see what I’m typing
Interface is broken. Have to guess what I’m typing is correct as the input field is hidden by the keyboard. iphone 12pro max, ios 17.0.3
Just took my payment and removed amount for payment
So the app took my payment and the stall I paid for and it doesn’t show in my app.
Funny I can’t contact anyone for help and so I’m at the mercy of parking enforcement and spent time proving I paid for the parking.
My history shows that your app took my payment but nothing shows up in my app that the stall I paid for is paid.

App doesn’t work.
App use to work, however does not work anymore. Frustrating to use.
Unable to pay
Not sure what happened, I used to think that this app worked decently well. Today I tried adding a new payment and nothing would go through, tried multiple payment types and everything failed. Ended up having to leave in the middle of dinner to finally use a machine outside
Hard to download and wouldn’t connect
This app was hard to download and it wouldn’t connect. It kept saying error so I wasn’t able to use parking so I had to go out and move my car while people were waiting for me at the restaurant. It was annoying and frustrating.
