Are you deliberately trying to make me late?
Got transferred to a ride that would get me way later than I am supposed to be at the place I need to go to today. This is not the first time this has happened, and really shouldn’t be happening stop giving me rides like that

You guys need to fix the demand problem because why am I trying to order a ride for 2 hours continuously and yet not a single ride pops up and it’s always in demand. And when I say continuously I really mean it

This is the worst app I have ever used in my life, the wait time is insane, the tracking sucks, and my location is always wrong. Plus no matter how much I write in the details for pickup I have to call the driver to get to the right spot anyways. Whats the point of this app if its not to be useful, its clearly not being useful anyways
