Awful driver training
I swear every single time I book a ride my drivers show up way too early or 15 minutes late. And then they don’t even have the courtesy to wait until the scheduled time before driving off and charging me a no show fee. They need to properly train they’re employees and have a required IQ test apparently because they also don’t know which house to show up at and half the time “don’t see me” because they’re at the wrong address. They get the 2 stars purely because it’s cheap as hell

Lazy and rude drivers
Nearly all the drivers are eating, talking on their phones, or listening to loud music. Sometimes even all 3 at once.
I’ve never encountered an app with such poor drivers. They’re hiring anyone with a pulse. My dog could be a better driver than these lousy inconsiderate losers.

Are you deliberately trying to make me late?
Got transferred to a ride that would get me way later than I am supposed to be at the place I need to go to today. This is not the first time this has happened, and really shouldn’t be happening stop giving me rides like that
Terrible Waiting times
You guys need to fix the demand problem because why am I trying to order a ride for 2 hours continuously and yet not a single ride pops up and it’s always in demand. And when I say continuously I really mean it

This is the worst app I have ever used in my life, the wait time is insane, the tracking sucks, and my location is always wrong. Plus no matter how much I write in the details for pickup I have to call the driver to get to the right spot anyways. Whats the point of this app if its not to be useful, its clearly not being useful anyways

So many times when I hit book this ride, while it is processing the book, instead of getting the ride I am booted out of it saying uta is busy despite the fact that it already gave me an option to book
SUPER confusing
I just barely downloaded this app to be ready to start taking the front runner.
I was trying to see how much a ticket would be from the Provo Central Station to North Temple would be, but it keeps saying that my drop off location is out of the service zone??? This makes zero sense. Like ZERO.

Get ready to see this message a lot because rides are almost never available. I spent 34 minutes today trying to request a ride on a Saturday morning.
Uta on demand
Good when drivers actually want to do their job and find the right spot or when it’s not a 45 min wait it is horrible
Great drivers but nothing else
Uta has great drivers and the vehicles are clean, but when it comes to actually getting a ride, this is the worst. I’ve had so many times where I will be trying to get a ride and absolutely none will appear for quite some time. Also I have had so many times where I book a ride and while it’s processing my request, the ride becomes unavailable despite the fact that i already booked it

Crazy drivers and Time
I’ve been using UTA Demand since September to go to work since I can’t drive yet, I have work early in the morning and depend on UTA to get there, I hadn’t had any problems until recently when I’ll get a ride saying it’ll be there in 18 minutes but in reality it never comes and I’ve been late because of it, not to mention the drivers drive extremely fast and makes me feel unsafe, I was trying to get into my account but now it won’t let me. If you manage to get a ride expect a 10 minute delay or more, Honestly horrible

Bad app
This app is horrible. I wanted to use it to purchase trax passes, but choosing my destinations is the worst! It doesn't even show the train route on the map. AND half the time it says out of zone anyway so I can't select my stop when I do manage to find it on the horrible map. It should be so much easier to just pick a route on a map that actually shows the train route, but for some reason that isn't an option. Horrible design guys.

The app lags really bad and goes from 10-15 minutes it goes back and forth with the time frame

Good app and people.
I have never had a bad driver there has only been one bad experience that I have had and it was only because of being squished by people in the car. It helps a lot to get from school to home and is not nearly as expensive as Uber or any of the other apps even though it does have boundaries it gets me where I need to go.

Glitchy and doesn’t make sense half of the time when I’m waiting for a ride, also they need to stage more drivers in the grantsville area
Impossible to set addresses
Entering addresses does not work, even trying to click on the train stations on the map don't work. It always says out of zone.
