Worst Application
The application never works. Their phone number on their website is not working. I sent email for customer support never respond. I don’t know even if this company actually exist or it is a dead robot.

I downloaded for the HHSR and when you login with your phone number shows you error message

The app doesn’t show free tickets
I have entered the app on the 1st of oct and no free tickets available, today on the 6th of Oct at 12am sharp I knew there should be available tickets for next week so I opened the website and there’s a message “Many customer are buying this event please try again later “!!!!!!!! What frustrates me is the ones who buys tickets are machines and they sell it in the black market!!! I honestly would not pay for an outlet which I may not buy from, I’d rather save money and buy on seasons/events or travel and get my shopping list without feeling scammed 🤬

دفعت فلوس التكت ال vvip و سحبتوا الفلوس فجاة صار الاب كراش ، مسحته و رجعت حملته اكثر من ١٠ مرات و نفس المشكلة ولا فلوسي رجعت ولا وصلتني التذكرة
