Missing Food Items—No Response
Ordered this for my birthday dinner and several items were missing. There’s no easy way to contact using this app to explain the situation. Things happen, that’s fine, but this should be easily resolved. Just refund the missing items and make it easy to do so in the app, or get a new one that does work.

Food was stolen!!
I am honestly very upset right now and I need to speak on this.
I ordered from Parry’s Pizza, spent a little over $100, and tipped well because I always try to support good service. I’m a loyal customer and I never expected to go through something like this.
My food was stolen by driver
I was left without my order, and after everything, I was told I would receive a full refund but I never got it. On top of that, I was told I could just “have the food,” but I never even received it in the first place until 2 hours after unexpectedly That is extremely frustrating and feels like I was not taken seriously at all.
What makes this even harder is everything my family has already been going through since our crash on Sunday, May 24th. We are the family who was in that horrible accident, on nasa ed 1 and we are already dealing with so much physically, emotionally, and mentally. The last thing we needed was to be disrespected and brushed off like this as a paying customer.
This isn’t just about food or money. It’s about trust, accountability, and basic respect. I did everything right paid, tipped, waited and still ended up with nothing and no real resolution.
I’m hurt, I’m angry, and I just want this handled the right way.

If you want, I can also  make a more “calm professional complaint” version for Parry’s corporate or DoorDash/Uber Eats so you can get your refund faster. I want my refund or something this is not okay I was stolen from!

Best Family Deal
We absolutely love Parry’s! It’s our go-to spot for dinner, especially after sports, and we’re always greeted with a smile. The staff is fantastic with kids, which makes it such an easy and enjoyable place for our whole family. And where else can you feed everyone for $35?! *Gametime special gets you a large pizza, wigs and dessert bits (sub for garlic bites)* They also have a great beer selection and frequently run tap deals, which is a nice bonus for the adults. They generously accommodate large parties on the rooftop balcony with an epic view of Pikes Peak. We always leave happy and looking forward to our next visit!

Frustrating
This app is frustrating and never works for when they want me to “check in” to get rewards. Annoying!
Only the best for me
It’s the perfect combination of great food and great service here. I LOVE Parry’s Northglenn. I’ve had nothing but fun, discounts and good food! Made a lot of friends and continue to return due to the awesome staff! 5 out of 5 would recommend!
Missing and incorrect items
Disappointing as I had a great experience the previous time I ordered, however this time they delivered parm bites with no marinara sauce, and left on all of the salad toppings I selected to remove. Meal ruined.
Infuriating
First off I am unable to change the delivery instructions. It says "hand to me." Why? When I tried to increase the measly tip I was unable to do so; the app froze up and I had to exit completely and start over! Love the food here, but the app has major drawbacks.

Horrible parm bites
We had been in the store a few weeks ago and received some raw parm bite. Today we placed an order for pick up and I simply asked that the parm bites be cooked well. Not burnt. Not over cooked. None the less! They were burned and over cooked. We couldn’t even chew them properly. And I paid for an extra order! So disappointed with the quality of the food lately.

Click to check in? Button never works. Try to get into other parts of the app and it just spins. App is trash or just avoiding giving the rewards you advertised?
Great food buggy app
The food is really good but had major issues with the app. Apple Pay would not work (last 4 digits said null so some bug there). I went back and added a physical cc and thought not to save it to my profile because you know it seemed buggy but then when I went to tip on my delivery the continue button wouldn’t work. So I had to go back add the card again and then save the card to profile and then the add tip on delivery button worked. After all this the delivery was missing the salad so 1/3 items not delivered. The wings and pizza were great though and the delivery was fast and $12 less than on grubhub, but not a great experience

Food is great.New App has problems with Apple Pay
Food is great. New App is ok. Lost all my points built up before. Bummer. Might want to get the Apple Pay application looked at - not functioning correctly.
Can no longer place orders
I ordered from here regularly, but they recently updated the app and I can no longer log in.
When resetting the password, it says my account doesn’t exist. And when I try to create a new account, it says the email is in use.
There’s no contact or support option within the app. I lost a lot of rewards points. The only solution is to order pizza elsewhere.

New Update is Awesome
The new update is sooo much better!! I can order with ease and it gives more options to customize my order as well. Love this!!!!!!!!
App Needs Work
The app does not allow you to put pizza toppings on only half of the pizza. This is a must have feature for a pizza ordering app. Please fix.
Food is great, app rewards needs work
I have been using the app for a couple months now, and 95% of it works great, with the exception of the rewards program in which you get points for the money you spend. My last several orders over the last couple of months have not registered any points on the app, not sure what could be leading to the issue, I get a notification on every order that the loyalty program is “experiencing difficulty, so you may or may not receive any points for this order”. I’d say either fix the longstanding issue or remove the option for points, cause it’s not been working for sometime anyway.

Pretty useless
The app used to work for placing order, but lately my payments don’t go through. Also, the loyalty points are all messed up. It says I have a reward, yet when they check in the restaurant, my account shows no reward. Middle

Just had the first Parry’s in Houston right around the corner, and after hearing good things, I naturally wanted to try it out.
App looks great and everything, but it seems to refuse to accept my payment. Tried a couple times the past couple days and still nothing. Meanwhile, the mobile website which looks like it hasn’t been updated since 2010 and was a bit laggy, worked perfectly fine.
