WOST APP IN HISTORY!
This app glitches way too much! And it denies EVERYTIME i go to the password even tho it’s CORRECT! IF I COULD, I WOULD RATE THIS A ZERO INSTEAD OF A 1 STAR! FIX IT!

This is a clunky terribly designed app. It’s as if the bosses said “we need an app!” and so they made one in a day.

I’ve tried to update password to no avail. I just want to make a stupid payment. The apps they make for employees are trash!!!! All of them!!
Worthless APP
This APP is worthless. Its next to impossible to sign on and when you attempt to sign on again later it will not let you sign in. Then it locks you out after 2 attempts. You have to change your password and then it still doesn’t let you in. I am deleting this app. It is better to use your computer or laptop. Less hassles plus you can actually sign in.

It doesn’t even save my stuff
It doesn’t save my user name or password and I have to enter all the time. Not even the face app or face recognition. What’s the use of having the app???

This has to be the worse app that I have ever used. It fails to provide valuable information or does not store it. It glitches whenever I try to go to the dashboard. Zenith Services needs to provide a much more updated app for its members.

If you do not have a password the app will never let you in. The password recovery does not work, and there is no work around when the password form does not populate the page.

Don’t work at all on my iPhone 11. After login goes straight to Zenith. Contacted fund office and they stated their is no IT person to call and address this. Only a message can be relayed!

This app is absolute garbage. It hasn’t been updated for over 2 years. You are prompted to login, then if you try to click on any section, it just takes you back to the login page. These issues need to be resolved!!

Duplicate of the website. Slow
Same functions as the website. Seems like the took the html and wrapped it in a mobile framework and called it a “mobile app”. Better off using the website imo.
Needs work
I have to delete app and re download after every time I use it. Because it’s connected to another app I use. Participants edge connects to Zenith administration then when I close out and reopen participants edge it’s stuck on zenith app. I don’t blame developers I blame the idiots that are in charge of my Hra and vacation accounts. Dah put all info on zenith. That’s what happens when morons are in charge
