Can’t access my car loan?????
Cannot access my car loan with Partner CO through this app - says I don’t even have one. Which is SUPER frustrating since I also can rarely pay it through the WEBSITE either. I’ve had to ask for assistance to get to the payment page multiple times, which keeps changing.

He is not only helpful when it comes to our business needs but will go out of his way to address a concern same day. I appreciate that greatly as a business owner!!!, and Francesca in their loan department made everything simple and easy I much appreciate that as welI, and I will also mention Dontaye as he is always smiling very helpful. Currently a great team to work with at the Arvada branch!

Customer Service
I am disappointed in customer service. Recently I had a question regarding a CD which had matured. I called, left a message, but was never called back. Seems once you have the money, you aren’t interested in customer service.

App & Branch collaboration.
i’ve been using the partners Colorado app since I opened my account and the collaboration that I get from the information with the app and the branch manager Monica Gallardo at the Littleton branch has been amazing. I’ve had seamless transitions with my banking and transfers and any questions I’ve had the branch manager has answered and helped me solve any issues in a timely fashion with great customer service I want to take partner Colorado credit union and Monica Gallardo for helping me with my financing and making it easy process!

Overall the app is great but wish there was an option to make a payment AND opt to pay a portion towards principle, rather than having to call.

I would PAY MONEY to go back the look and ease of use of the old app. Ever since this most recent update I literally HATE and LOATHE using this new updated app. It’s more confusing, literally EVERYTHING is now more steps and its layout seems conceptualized by a toddler. Please don’t leave it like this.
Update for 2025: they did leave the app like that. And on top of that they cancelled my Secure Card and gave Visa the Ability to charge interest and made it a real credit card, which is the exact opposite of why I opened that account and card in the first place

Can’t pay loans
They updated the app and now you can’t just transfer money to pay your car loan. It’s 2025. Why do I have to call to make a payment on my car loan? Please fix this.
Doesn’t work
Unable to log in with the new update. Deleted the app and reinstalled & it just spins.

I have banked with this credit union since 1993. It started out just for American Postal Workers.
I’ve been taken care of by the same employees 20-25 years.

Auto loan
I am a new customer with a newly refinanced auto loan. I have been trying to navigate your website for over a week to make my payment. My bank account is supposedly linked, but there is no option to make the payment! My payment is now late. I have left messages and no one calls back. I work full time and cannot stop by a branch office. I just want to make good on the loan and you are not making it easy!

Very difficult to navigate with multiple accounts.
Not much organization or separation between a business account and a personal account. Very difficult to do something as simple as paying a bill or loan.
