Why am I forced to have this on my personal phone to use constantly throughout the day?!

Reset my password while in the office. Still cannot get back in this app! This app is terrible to use and useless to reset a password. I enter my current info and nothing is recognized. HEB needs to invest in a better app for employees. Do better HEB!

Great App
Say what you will, but for an employee app made by a regional grocery chain, this app does everything you need it to do and more. People who dislike it clearly never worked a job where information was not this readily available from literally anywhere.

I wish partners would go back in and update their reviews. App can be tricky to download but once you get past that, it’s a great app! They have added a ton of super helpful features for partners and it continues to grow. Love my PNET app!
Error
The temporary availability change is not accurate it changes 12pm to 12am had to go in store. Also why can’t there be a way to “call in” through the app like as in a message or some kind of button that’ll let managers know... Sometimes we can’t always call in if we’re sick it would be nice to have a non verbal way to let managers know we’re late or calling in.

App a little slow..
As a checkout partner, it would be nice if you could look up an item in "my products", and it have the barcode show with the item as well. We have so many miscellaneous items come through where we have to do a department entry, but if we found the listing in the app and it had a barcode there, we could scan the barcode on the app instead of doing department entry to improve accuracy.

Time off not working
This app works ok, but for the past 2 weeks I cannot get the time off request to work. It just gives me an error screen.
Uninstall and reinstall to use it 👍
Haven’t been able to use the app for the past month or two, screen gets stuck on “loading you’re information” and never loads, had to uninstall it and reinstall for it to work
Concerned partner
My app is no longer working. Every time I click on the app, it will open but immediately close out and return to my Home Screen. I am not happy about this, I have not been able to access my schedule or post shifts.
App problems
The app doesn’t seem to want to run, every time I try to open the app it immediately crashes and closes. It’s really frustrating because I can’t see my schedule or request availability changes. I don’t know what’s going on but they really need to fix this soon because it’s affecting my actual job.

I had no problems with the app until recently, everytime i would click on the app it would kick me out. I thought maybe it was just the app glitching and so i deleted it and reinstalled it but it kept doing the same thing! NEEDS FIXING ASAP!!!

I uninstall and reinstall but it still doesn’t work. Does anyone know what I can do? I’m honestly a fan of the app and depend on this app a lot.
What happened?
It used to work right, but recently the application keeps shutting down and I can’t check my schedule. I couldn’t even check on the truck delivery time when I’m at work because the app keeps closing on me. I kept uninstalling and installing it many times and it still isn’t working. I even restarted my phone. I’ll give a better review when it gets fixed.
