Convenient but broken
The app would be nice if it worked as designed, but it’s broken and unusable most of the time….which is unfortunate since I use it to make a car payment each month.
Upgrade Needed
It’s time to step into current times and have an app this is easier to use and provides the options that banks do.
Does not work
I’ve used this app for 8 years, and normally I don’t mind it. But every time I go to use it, it gets slower and slower. It hardly ever wants to log me in. I don’t like the way the credit card payment works now. I like the simplicity of it, but I just wish it worked more smoothly.
Terrible!
I hate this bank. Ever since I started with them, it has been a disaster. It was like pulling teeth getting them to send me a credit card and now their app doesn’t work. I’m done. I’m switching as soon as possible!
Bank App
It is not full of unnecessary frills found in other bank Apps. It gets the job done.
