Juice bank
It’s a hit or miss if I’ll get an important notification about potentially fraudulent transactions, or any transactions at all.
But they’re sure easy to send me 60+ weekly emails about holiday availability and other useless promotions
They’re always sticking me with random penalties for things I’ve tried to opt out from, or charges for things I’ve never gotten notified for, plus it’s a pain trying to use the app to see what’s going on

Mobile App Review
We live 3 counties north of Fort Wayne & use it often. Speaking only to our personal experience with app, we have had no problem with connecting nor performance. Thank you.
I like the app
The only thing I would suggest is that they add Zelle to the app

After numerous attempts to login and 3 reset a passwords
I finally got in.
There are ridiculous rules of not using certain words. This has been a reoccurring problem for the last 2 yrs. I used another bank and never have these types of issues.

Easy to Navigate
It isn't full of graphics and pictures, but it gets the job done and is easy to navigate. I have used it for a few years with no problems. The bankers are friendly!
Terrible
Clunky, glitchy, they need to upgrade this app. Looks and feels archaic.
App froze when trying to make online deposit
It appears that the online app has features turned off on weekends. I’ve tried several times last night and today to deposit a $10.00 check, without success. The time I’ve spent on this effort so far - not to mention the frustration - is worth far more than $10.
App never works
I’ve been a member at partners first for over 20 years and they have gone down hill in recent years. The app is GARBAGE. It doesn’t work far too often which when it comes to accessing MY MONEY is unacceptable. Maintenance happens, but these are malfunctions, I tried to transfer funds instead was logged out - six times this happened! Not to mention what a mistake it was to outsource credit cards. I never had issues when it was in house but since the switch it’s been nothing but a headache for me. I don’t have a computer, I have a phone. I can’t view statements or review purchases on my credit card from my phone.
If you want a credit union who gives you access to your finances from whatever device you have access to (phone, laptop, tablet, ect)- don’t come to partners first. If you want reliability - don’t come to partners first, that’s my experience over the last 3 years.

It’s ok
I wish it would save my information so I don’t have to reput it in every time. I like that I make our vehicle payments and it comes out right away but sometimes it’s difficult to maneuver
Not good
This app is trash. Anytime I go to make a mobile deposit, it doesn’t load. Overall the app is slow. Needs major updates.

When the pending amount is not subtracted from the available balance it could be misleading and cause an overdraft. I hope this issue will be addressed in the future

this upgrade made paying credit card harder and is NOT better than previous version. this is a hassle!

Terrible App
Not super user friendly, by far the worst financial institution app I have ever used.
It WAS good
The app used to be good. Within the past week they updated their entire banking system, and I’m not happy with this “new system” at all. Now the banking is set up very differently and it literally won’t even show the credit card balance unless you log in, click it, then it sends you to this external website for the balance/for paying it off. It’s so much more complicated, to the point where my husband and I may even just switch banks at this point. We liked how easy and straightforward the old system was, then upgrading it was a complete downgrade in my opinion.

Great Bank, Bad App
Partners 1st has been my bank since I opened my first bank account. I’ve always had a good experience with them and even convinced my wife when she was still my girlfriend to switch to them because of how great they are. Unfortunately, their app has gone through an update and my experience with it is unsatisfactory. In its previous state the app was easy to understand and navigate, now I can’t even tell how much I’ve saved from my last paycheck let alone what I need to pay off on my credit card. I hope they change the app to where things are much easier to understand.

Bank Security
The level of security in this Application is as should be expected. The ease of use is not always available in other Applications.
