Sources, PCOS support and a good deal of polish. SOURCES A new screen in Settings gathers everything the app's health content is based on — the NHS, the U.S. Office on Women's Health and the WHO — with a direct link to each page. It also explains in plain language how the day in the cycle and the estimated ovulation are worked out from the two values you enter yourself, and what that estimate must not be used for. PCOS Turn on PCOS adaptation in Settings. The recipes are replaced with dishes built for steadier blood sugar, the food and activity guidance adapts, and the cycle days are presented as the rougher estimate they are when ovulation is often absent. UNDO A PERIOD START Tapped "Period started today" and it turned out to be spotting? You can undo it now, and the cycle goes back to how it was. SMALLER THINGS • Recipes are ordered by where she is in the cycle — current phase first, then what's next. • Each recipe card carries its own phase's shade. • Terminology updated to match how public health sources describe bleeding outside the period. • The keyboard can be dismissed while writing your own notes. • Lighter headings and calmer colour throughout. • Every tab opens on its own home screen. All your data still stays on your phone.
