Easier getting into MI5 records
Totally OTT security to access the website, once you’ve registered it took about 10’minutes duplicating your security questions, 3 x links via your email. Not worth the hassle.
Time effective!
Great way to contact the team if they don’t pick up. I can send my returns back too, rather than having to catch a driver!

this app is a total waste of time, listened to the telephone message while trying to make an order repeatedly saying use new the parts plus app, well here i am writing a review to say what a load of w@nk the app is, back to euro parts it is then
Why bother
All you hear when TRYING to get through is “have you tried our new app??”
I did 6+ months ago and it didn’t work!
After being convince by all the emails and the rep banging on about it being “fixed” I tried again.
Still doesn’t work. All you get is a blank white screen. I still have unread messages in the chat.
Just give up. If you can’t/don’t want to fix it just stop.
Needs taking down and stop boring me with the messages.
