I love the graphics and the levels
Too many glitches
I like this game up to a point. But the glitches at just the wrong time will drive you crazy. You will lose progress and rewards if the game suddenly crashes. And their help’ bot will just run you in circles.
Poor programmers
Am so close of closing this game. The programmer are keep new levels updated. For two months now been playing bonus games and I am getting sick and tired playing the same games over. I refuse to spend any money as they do know how to program. How would you like not having new levels? Almost done playing the game and delete from my iPad.

Game crashes and freezes constantly. Please fix.
Crashing
I’ve been playing for months now no problem now the last two days game keeps freezing on every level and won’t allow me to continue once the level is over. Can’t use coins or continue once. I’ve contacted support team on app to no avail!
Used to be fun
The past week this game has froze on a screen asking to continue or add more moves. Cant get past it. Have to close the game out every time. Won’t let me past the level 3409.
Bonus Rounds too long
Why are bonus rounds so long for the App to update??? I was told in the App that I had an update but I’ve now been in bonus rounds for 4 rounds of 100 and the App still hasn’t done an update. !! Which means I can’t advance in the game !!
Scammers alert
I had this game for a while and played it every now and then. I even purchased passes and other items in the app. Often, my purchases would either fail, or just not go through, even though they took the money with no mention or refunding it, and NO HELPFUL support whatsoever ever. Be wary before purchasing in game “perks”, because you will lose to the house! Not happy!

Rip off
I played pretty much everyday for three weeks, won all three chests which is supposed to give you a pretty good prize including 30k in coins. It didn’t give me any of the prizes even though I won by quite a good margin. Messaged them and all they said is “you got the prizes”. So they are either calling me a liar or lying to me. Either way it is not a great way to treat gamers who have supported their app. Asked them to delete my account and will be deleting any other games this developer makes. No need to deal with them in any capacity.

I have played this game two years and have enjoyed it. Recently had a technical issue with party pass, not allowing me to obtain my rewards, wrote customer support in game and next day the issue was resolved thank you support team would love to hear back from you
