When this app works, it works ok. There are some games that it will never connect to in which case you have to connect to a different game, transfer money to the game, print out your voucher using the cash out button, and then deposit the voucher into the original game. Pain but it works.
Except when it doesn’t. Sometimes it won’t allow you to complete a deposit, which is inconvenient. Today however it allowed me to deposit but if I try to add my money to any slot machine (and I have tried dozens) it says that there’s a backend error and the money stays in my wallet. I tried calling support but Parx keeps giving me the support number for Play+ and they keep telling me that they don’t support the wallet app, they just manage the links that allow money to flow from your funding source (PayPal or your bank, for example) into the wallet. That part is working. But I now have a four figure balance that I can’t move out, because the only way to move money out of the wallet is to transfer it to a slot machine.
It’s beyond frustrating.

Why can’t I go to my rewards, it only as the wallet in the app.Before I was able to connect with my account #
Doesn’t work
This is actually an interesting concept, to let you use an electronic card at the machine and fund your account with no additional fees. The problem is it’s a bit wonky when connecting to the machine and as of today, wouldn’t even let me get to the screen to fund the account. It eventually worked the one other time I tried, but today I couldn’t get it to go. Two stars for the concept, but the bugs need to be worked out.

Misleading will not add to your players card. Should have listen to other reviews. Will send a card in the mail 7 days
Can’t Access
Until this app gives you the ability to access it by using your XClub account number versus your email it’s pretty much useless. Developer needs to provide an option to access with Xclub account number.
App Not Working
As of March 6th, it appears that the website login credentials and the app credentials will not pair together. The app is useless, stick to the website. I only gave 3 star because the Casino is very nice.
