Al parecer no actualizan la página ni corrigen errores

La pagina no permite ver el balance disponible, no se actualiza, no corrige los bugs (errores), y últimamente no permite entrar diciendo que la contraseña es incorrecta cuando la misma me permite entrar via la web.

La compañía que da servicio de mantenimiento de IT a esta página o es muy poco eficiente o no está recibiendo su pago.
