Can’t open notes
I just downloaded this because my sons ABA company uses it, so I can’t choose a different app unfortunately but on the app my sons sessions don’t show up at all, and on the website you can’t click on anything or it says sorry try again later. It’s not even been a day but I’m already frustrated and done. Fix this and I’ll take back my review.

Needs update
Whenever I try to write my notes, I get kicked out of the app.
Amazing software
My whole team love passage. We used to be on an older more established system that had so many problems. This system is much easier to use and feels much more connected. Love their utilization and supervision reporting too.

Needs to get updated on what practices really need!
The system has major flaws and lacks in many areas. We were told it was a comprehensive program that was multidisciplinary friendly and it is not. Yes, some areas such as realtime data and the graphs are helpful but even those areas need improvements. For small ABA only companies this may be helpful but for a multidisciplinary clinic it’s not recommended
