App is User Friendly!
I really like the new version! It’s user friendly and easier to navigate than the original. The only issue I recently encountered was that the screen will freeze when trying to enter if supervisor attended session. Other than that, I recommend using it.
Awful
Data doesn’t save consistently. Technicians get logged out constantly and can’t record data if they aren’t connected to the internet. We have issues every single session, sometimes multiple times per session. Makes me want to quit using rethink all together.
HORRIBLE
This app is absolutely terrible. The font is now smaller and the app itself is constantly glitching making it even harder to write notes and collect data. It also take long to load when first opening it and the exercise information is now just one small and gray paragraph that makes it hard for RBTs to find mastered targets and details on how to run the actual targets.

Old app was better
Pushing this app out and quitting updates on the old one was not a good move. I think all of us working in the ABA field have been disappointed. The other app worked on data and even when internet went out you could still go back and sync. This app deletes data on you the second wifi gets even a little iffy. The schedule part is super inconvenient. It takes way too long to load. It also adds up to so much data loss. So so disappointing as the old app was good.

HORRIBLE! STAY ALL THE WAY AWAY!!!! BE WARNED!!
I want to start off by stating that I am NOT a new provider in the field of ABA. I have used multiple different data tracking apps. RethinkBH is by far the WORST app I have EVER used. They charge substantially more than other companies, and the amount of glitches are UNACCEPTABLE. This company is DEPLORABLE. When the supervisor and I called Rethink to figure out why my sessions are not showing up, and in one instance was even DELETED, Rethink refused to take any accountability. They immediately placed blame on me and the supervisor and absolutely refused to take any accountability at all. This app has impacted my client’s services and has made doing my job impossible. Neither myself nor my BCBA deleted the session. I was able to see the session in the old app, including all of the data that I took as well as my note that I submitted. If the BCBA had deleted the session note, I would not be able to see the session AT ALL in the old app. Rethink is overpriced for TRASH service. Steer clear! Run far away!! Do NOT use Rethink!!!! If I could submit a review with a negative star, I would! I cannot believe they are advertising as a program for behavioral health, when they contribute to stress and anxiety through and through! The amount of glitches, app crashes, shut downs, and random loss of appointments has caused maladaptive Bx for clients. Which at that point, what’s even the point of conducting session when the program I have to use is the trigger?! This is highly unacceptable. Rethink clearly doesn’t take this seriously and has no interest in fixing their issues. Don’t waste your time. Don’t waste your money. Don’t risk your reputation.
